Vineyard Room $125.00 - 150.00* A warm yellow room with a queen bed, en suite bath, and a sitting area with two chairs that are perfect for reading, watching television or enjoying the beautiful countryside view. The exposed brick chimney offers a glimpse of life in the farmhouse from over 150 years ago. This appealing room is always a favorite and is located upstairs in the Main House.

Nantucket Room $125.00 – $160.00* Named after one of our favorite travel destinations, the Nantucket Room is decorated in a summer palate of blues and greens. It offers three beds – one full size and two twins. Additionally, guests appreciate the en suite bath, dressing table and LCD television. This highly requested room is located upstairs in the Main House.

Chesapeake Room $135.00 - $160.00* The pale green wallpaper of the Chesapeake Room is a lovely background for this bright sunny room with a king bed and en suite bath. The cozy love seat is the perfect spot for reading or watching the LCD television and there is a lovely view of our rolling meadow from one of the three large windows. This room is located on the ground floor of the Courtyard Wing.

This two-room suite offers a queen bed, en suite bath and an attached sitting room with a sofa that opens to a queen bed.  For your enjoyment this accommodation offers two televisions - one near the bed and one in the sitting area.  The blue and cream color scheme makes this an exceptionally attractive suite that can comfortably accommodate the extra person in your traveling party. The Rockport Suite is located on the ground floor of the Courtyard Wing.

Berkshire Suite $150.00 - $175.00* The Berkshire Suite occupies the entire second floor of the Courtyard Wing and is decorated in warm tones of red, caramel, and sage green. With three large skylights this space is bright with sunlight and the windows provide a magnificent view. Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed and two oversized chairs that open to twin beds. Two televisions allow you to watch TV from both the bed and the sitting area.  The spacious bath, table and chairs with counter area and a small refrigerator all contribute to making this suite the ideal choice for extended stays.

#8 Williams occupies a space that at one time headquartered the Clinton Fire Department and in honor of this historical distinction the suite is decorated with touches of red throughout.   In the front room, seating (queen sofa-sleeper) is gathered around an electric fireplace with large LCD television and the kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave and single brew coffee maker is the perfect space for serving up a late afternoon cocktail or an early morning cup of coffee.  The spacious bedroom provides a luxurious king bed and a second LCD television.  The large bath with tub and shower completes the amenities of this accommodation. #8 Williams is ideal choice for business travelers, those seeking a romantic getaway or for families up to four persons.  Complimentary wireless internet access is provided.

#12 Williams with it's loft style open floor plan provides exceptional comfort for up to four persons.  The front sitting area includes a sofa that opens to a queen sleeper, an electric fireplace, large LCD television, writing desk and a lovely view of Williams Street from the front bay window.  Guests may enjoy the exceptional comfort of the king bed and spacious bath with tub and shower.  The cheerful kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave and single brew coffee maker offer all the comforts of home.  Complimentary wireless internet access is provided.
